Yearly Registration Fee:
Every student pays a registration fee once per school year. Registration fees are assessed at the time of initial enrollment and every following September 1st as long as the student remains enrolled. (some exceptions apply)
Tuition:
Tuition is auto-debited tuition on the first of every month. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Bloom reserves the right to assess a late fee for charges that don’t go through.
Stopping Classes/Lessons and Tuition:
To withdraw from all classes/lessons at Bloom, a 30-day advanced notice is required. To stop or take a break, submit the online withdrawal form HERE. The form will indicate the date your enrollment will conclude and tuition will be assessed for any classes/lessons scheduled to occur through that date.

Substitute & Replacement Teachers:
Classes and Lessons will be held every week (except for scheduled closures - see school calendar). Bloom School reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to attend a class. The regular teacher of your child may change at any time, but this is a rare occurrence. We will try and let you know ahead of time, but this may not always be possible.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:
Student Behavior: We are proud of the safe, encouraging and respectful environment we have at Bloom. To stay enrolled all students are asked to play and participate in a safe, respectful way, to be good listeners and to be curious.
Release of Liability: Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson/class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class/lesson time.
Photography:
1. Photos and videos of children in classes is not permitted. You may take photos or video of your child only with permission of all other student’s parents or guardians consent (usually only in recitals or official class performances.)
2. The Bloom School is hereby granted permission to take photographs and video of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements, social media accounts and other promotional materials the school creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photographs in its name. To indicate that you do not grant Bloom School permission to use photographs of your student, please fill out and submit this online form.
